About The Role

We are seeking to appoint a Support Services Officer within our Customer Service team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy team, delivering administration services to the organisation along with post and scanning, and customer facing reception duties.  

The role is offered on a six-month Fixed Term Contract, working Mondays and Tuesdays, with the potential to cover for holidays and absence within the team.

About You

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and some experience of customer service and office administration duties. 
 
You will need to be approachable and able to handle enquiries with professionalism and confidence.
