Full-time (37 hours per week), 2-year fixed term with potential to extend.

As the heart of its success is its residents. The Great Yarmouth Community Hub facilitates rapid community response to issues faced by local people. The Community Hub brings together our prevention and early help offer, our community development activity and independent living services as part of a seamless multi-agency partner approach.

We are looking for an experienced and pro-active Community Hub Operations Team Leader to support the Council and its multi-agency partners to deliver better outcomes for local people and promote a culture of joint working across organisations in the public, private and voluntary sector in the locality. The post holder will support the Prevention & Early Help Manager, Community Capacity Manager, and Independent Living Services Service Managers to develop, organise and maintaining back-office process and systems relating to case work managing work flow of home adaptations and prevention/early help cases. The role is responsible for ensuring effective metrics are in place to measure outcomes and the impact of the Great Yarmouth Community Hub.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant degree and GCSE English and Maths or equivalent, have experience of working with and analysing personal data to measure outcomes. Experienced in the use of Microsoft Power BI would be an advantage. The role will also undertake and maintain partnership communications with external organisations in a multi-agency setting.
