Are you passionate about shaping the future of an award winning and dynamic Council? We are seeking a Learning and Organisational Development Advisor to drive our learning and development initiatives, aligning them with our strategic goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Apprenticeship Management: Oversee apprenticeships organisational wide and ensure apprenticeship levy is utilised, delivering continuous improvement and workforce development.
Development Programmes: Design and implement development programs tailored to individual, team, and organisational needs.
Program Management: Oversee training, eLearning, apprenticeships, and work placements, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement. Delivering in house training as required.
Staff Engagement: Lead staff reward and recognition initiatives and deliver an impactful corporate induction.
Expert Guidance: Provide expert advice on learning interventions and work closely with HR to support key projects and initiatives.
