Catering Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Catering Assistant to assist in the smooth running of our Garden Tea Room’s at Gorleston Crematorium located within Magdalen Lawn Cemetery. Reporting to the Catering Manager, helping with the the day-to-day service provision, provide good quality homemade products and excellent customer service in a relaxed and fully functional café & function room.  

The successful candidate will be literate and numerate to Level 2 equivalent and have catering experience including:

• Food preparation
• Barista trained skills
• Providing services at events and/or functions
• They will be organised, enthusiastic, flexible and demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• They will hold a Food Hygiene Certificate or be willing to obtain one on appointment
