We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Estate Caretaker to join our Estate Services team.

Our team delivers a comprehensive caretaking service for residents by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety across communal areas within the Borough of Great Yarmouth. 

This post requires a satisfactory Basic Disclosure (DBS) check.

We are seeking a reliable, practical and motivated individual to help ensure that communal spaces ,including blocks of flats, are kept clean, safe and secure.

Key Duties include ; 

• Cleaning stairwells, internal communal areas and external spaces
• Reporting faults, environmental concerns and incidents of anti‑social behaviour
• Supporting the Social Landlord Tenancy Team with casework
• Liaising with gardeners, contractors, partner agencies and residents
