Tenancy Relations Officer

What you will bring

 Strong experience of tenancy protection, housing regulation or a related enforcement field, supported by sound knowledge of landlord and tenant law.

•  Investigative and evidence-gathering skills

•  Confidence in challenging situations

•  Clear written and verbal communication

•  Fairness, resilience and sound judgement

•  Relevant housing or legal qualification, or equivalent degree-level education and experience

 •  A full current driving licence

 The role offers a 2 year fixed term contract, flexible working and a hybrid working arrangement.
