Working closely with landlords, housing providers and partner agencies, you’ll build effective relationships that lead to positive housing outcomes, all while maintaining accurate case records and contributing to ongoing service improvements. To succeed, you’ll bring strong knowledge of homelessness legislation and the Renters Rights Act, along with experience supporting vulnerable people in housing, social care or related roles. You will combine excellent communication, problem‑solving and investigative skills with compassion, resilience and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach throughout.
