Compliance Administrator

 We are looking for a Compliance administrator to join our Housing compliance team to deliver and assist in data management for compliance streams of work within compliance.

 The post if offered on a permanent basis. 

 The aim is to ensure gas and electrical safety alongside asbestos, water and lift safety is all managed in a proactive manner and records are kept accurate and data is well managed. Working with contractors- internal and external to deliver a quality housing management system that keeps people and communities safe.

Essential

• Experience of working in a busy administrative or compliance environment.
• Experience of maintaining accurate records and databases.
• Experience of monitoring work programmes and performance information.
• Experience of producing reports from electronic management systems.
• Experience of working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience of managing large volumes of technical documentation.
• Knowledge of compliance record keeping and audit requirements.
• Understanding of the importance of statutory compliance within property management.

Desirable

• Experience of working within social housing, local government or property services.
• Experience of compliance management systems.
• Experience of contractor administration and performance monitoring.
• Understanding of Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
• Knowledge of property compliance disciplines including electrical, gas, fire, water hygiene and lifting equipment compliance.
